Wayne's benefit to Crudefunders is to help define the type of projects that would be of greatest interest to Crudefunders (the "sweet spot") and provide input into the triage methodology to identify them. By analyzing the information that is collected, Mr. Beninger will evaluate it and catch errors and omissions. Further, based on his experience, Wayne will work to determine what, if anything, doesn't "smell right"and work with the project issuer and sources of the data to reconcile the concerns. Once a project has cleared this hurdle, SOGMI will collect due diligence documents and review for completeness and reasonableness. The end result is to evaluate the opportunities based on the available data.
